Planning Division

1.	Plans, identifies, revises and explains the policy of the child welfare services.
2.	Deliberates, estimates, experiments and promotes the child welfare and other related social services.
3.	Cooperates and communicates with the related international child welfare organizations.
4.	Collects, arranges, service and manage the publications, records, documents and information for national and overseas child welfare.
5.	Operates, promotes and researches the information technology in the computer system of child welfare.
6.	Deliberates the setting in child welfare within the organization to be standardized.
7.	Schemes, rewards and assesses the planned items for the business of child welfare.
8.	Guides and promotes the rules and regulations of child welfare.
9.	Plans and trains the professional specialists for child welfare.
10.	Manages and use the funds for child welfare.
11.	Arranges other planned items and schemes for child welfar
