General Information

Child Welfare Bureau,  Ministry of Interior R.O.C (CBI). is established on the international children rights day on the 20th of November 1999. CBI has its special meaning, not only is responsible for assisting our child welfare services but also is about to become the spokesman for the children rights. Since early stage, the child welfare services have promoted by the government and local societies, were more focused on providing a basic layer of assistance and protection. Thus, for the child abuse and neglect accidents still occur today, so CBI will put all the attention on pushing the children rights and the prevention of these accidents. CBI will guide the people by creating a better understanding, strength and building the common consensus, relatively, there will reduce and prevent the neglect accidents and provide a healthy environment for the children to grow and live.
